In most countries you want to study, you must have a place to stay. If you don’t have a place to stay, you will be sent back to your country, even if you already have paid the fees for your education to the university!
Because we know our way in most countries, we can help you with housing, visa, application form and of course the language, legislation and knowledge of that country.
For our students we even have our own (luxurious) apartments for a very reasonable rent. In many countries renting any living space, especially for students from abroad, is very expensive and tricky sometimes.
The landlords know there are limited spaces and so they take advantage of that. It even happens that a student has paid, but that the room doesn’t exist or that it’s rented out more than once.
When we provide housing for our students, they can be sure that they don’t pay too much and that they have a place to stay for the duration of their studies.
Student visa support begins with providing comprehensive information about the visa application process. This includes details on the types of student visas available, eligibility requirements, and the application timeline.
Assistance is often provided in preparing the necessary documents for the visa application. This may include helping students gather and organize required paperwork, such as acceptance letters, proof of financial support, and academic transcripts.
For students who prefer or need to live off-campus, institutions may offer resources to help them find suitable rental apartments, houses, or shared accommodations. This support can include lists of available rentals, rental assistance programs, and guidance on lease agreements.
Assistance with completing housing applications, understanding rental agreements, and meeting application deadlines is often provided to students. Housing staff may also offer advice on securing a guarantor, which may be required for certain rental agreements.
